All genuine Jeff Mincham works, dating from the artist's first solo exhibition (Oct 1976), bear the artist's signature or maker's mark and date. The fastest way to establish provenance is to check the foot of the work in question.

Inspired by his childhood home in the Coorong, as well as his current home in the Adelaide Hills, Jeffery Mincham's work has had a resounding impact on the contemporary studio ceramic movement in Australia. Mincham's work has a recognisable landscape quality which is inspired mainly from the local landscapes around his studio in the Adelaide Hills.
